- Return Eligibility
You may return most Swglasses products within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:
The product must be unused, unopened, and remain in its original, intact packaging.
The product must be free of damage, scratches, or any alterations (excluding normal wear and tear on the packaging caused during shipping).
Products that do not meet these criteria are generally ineligible for return or refund, unless the product contains a manufacturing defect or does not match your order specifications (subject to verification by our team).
- 30-Day Return Process
To initiate a return request, please follow these simple steps:
Within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind, or product defect).
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and issue you a “Return Authorization Number” (RA Number) along with detailed shipping instructions for the return.
Please carefully repackage the product in its original box, clearly mark the RA Number on the package, and ship it to the designated address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong product).
Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect the product. If the product meets our return eligibility criteria, we will proceed to process your refund or exchange immediately.
- Refund Processing (7-Day Window)
Once we confirm that the returned product meets the conditions for a refund, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
